Eli Manning & the New York Giants are headed to the NFC Championship game. Tony Romeo will be watching the game on television, probably in Mexico. Ha!
For me personally, as a die hard Giants fan, this win, over the Cowboys (in Dallas), after starting 0-2 & under these circumstances; is probably the greatest thing I have ever witnessed. Being a Giants fan in the same town as a division rival hasn't been easy, especially this season. You play the Cowboys home & away, so you have to hear people talk shit and downgrade your team twice a year. What makes things even more frustrating is how people mock, question & openly disrespect you for being a Giants fan. To me, its really shocking how cocky people can get when they start to win a few games, after not winning a playoff game in 11 years............excuse me 12 years; or the fact that Cowboy fans are making plans for Glendale even though they [Cowboys] have lost 5 straight playoff games........oh wait 6 straight playoff games [that's an NFL record]. Whats even more shocking is how after the final whistle blew, the same people that went out of their way to remind me how the Giants got swept by the Cowboys in the regular season; the same people that consistently mock Eli Manning; the same people that told me that we had no chance of winning are now not answering phone calls, walking around with the mope face & contemplating suicide. I saw this coming & im loving every minute of it! Its your own fault. I don't feel sorry for any of you people who shed tears today [I wont drop any names Mr. Terrell "Get ya Kleenex ready" Owens]. Blame your arrogance. Blame you stupidity [many Cowboys were spotted at night clubs this weekend getting drunk. I wont drop names Ken Hamlin] Blame Patrick Creighton. HE SUCKS!!!! If you check my archives, I predicted that this idiot would end up costing the Cowboys when it mattered most. Those dropped passes were HUGE. If he catches that big one he dropped in the second half this blog entry probably doesnt exist. Still think he's a nice third reciever? Blame Roy Williams & Jacques Reeves. These poor bastards cant cover or tackle. They were the obvious weak link & were exposed over & over again. Steve Smith & Kevin Boss [both rookies] torched these guys [Williams & Reeves] all night & played a key rolls in the Giants victory today. Blame Eli Manning. Say what you want about Eli Manning, but the fact remains that he is still playing. Hes playing smart, efficient football & he picked a perfect time to do it.The most consistent QB`s are still playing & the inconsistent & distracted ones are at home watching. Period. But most of all blame the Giants. The better team won today.
So take your franchise record 13 wins, NFL record 12 Pro Bowlers, NFC East Championship, ridiculous 3rd string receiver who thinks hes a superstar, mexican get a way QB, clueless dumbface coach who cant win playoff games, & any other useless stats & excuses that you Cowboy homers like to throw around and stick them straight up your..................! And if you are a little slow and dont know what to do with all that stuff, you have a lot of time to think about it, because the Cowboys off season officially begins now!! Deal with it.
We are 9-1 on the road this year [another NFL record] and we will be looking for number 10 next week at Lambeau.
How bout them Giants......
